Would you take a bullet for your president?

Nope. I wouldn't intentionally take the bullet like secret service agents do.

I would risk taking the bullet. I would be willing to get involved in the fight and try to protect him, if for some reason the Secret Service wasn't around.

I will risk a lot to help an ordinary stranger, let alone the president. I wouldn't do the suicide thing though. For my family, yes. For anyone else in the world, no.

There's nothing political intended in this answer. My answer is the same for all presidents.

Why don't Democrats wait and see what President Trump can get accomplished instead of trying to destroy him before he even gets started?

Isn’t that question a bit disingenuous, in view of the intransigent resistance to everything Barack Obama tried to achieve in the last eight years?

Actual answer: because this is a democracy. It’s an interactive process. The opposition doesn’t just hand the reins of power over then sit back on their hands while officeholders do what they want until the next election.

PS It’s not like Trump has a popular mandate that gives him some moral imperative to bulldoze the opposition. He lost the popular vote by millions, barely squeaked by in the Electoral College, and is entering office with close to the lowest approval ratings since ratings began.

A live grenade appears in your lap right now, what would you do?

Good question! A regular grenade has about a 5 second fuse.

So I’m in the middle of class and a live grenade appears in my lap.

My first reaction would probably be something like “Cool a grenade!”

Then I would realized “Oh shit this is live. Well, fuck”

Too late. Whoops.

Which nation sacrificed the most for the Allied victory in World War 2?

I live in New York,  a US city of approximately 8.5 million people. If everyone here all of a sudden dropped dead in the street, along with everyone in Boston, Philadelphia and San Francisco, it still wouldn't equal the civilian and military deaths The Soviet Union suffered between 1941 and 1944

Think of it: 26.6 million war dead.  Here in America,  we call WW2 "The Big One" and our military casualties didn't crack half a million. Just under half a million is still a very large number but 26.6 million? We humans have no mental framework to process that.
