Should children be brought along to political marches and protests?

I think it's an important lesson for children to learn that people united behind a common goal have a powerful way to bargain with elected officials and world leaders. This is of course, only valid for peaceful demonstrations and marches. If there is a risk of things becoming violent, children should not be there.

I don't w0rry about the risks of "indoctrination". It's absolutely normal to expose our children to our own ideas and beliefs. That's part of parenting. If one teaches them to think for themselves as they grow, and to be free to disagree with us, it's all good. They will either share your beliefs or not, when they're grown up.
