I don’t drink coffee but, when I order at any place like that where I have to recognize my name over a crappy PA system or someone calling out in a noisy room, I use Bartholomew. A polysyllabic name like that is much easier to pick out of the noise than my first name.
I know a woman who always uses Veronica (at Starbucks) for exactly the same reason.
