What is the weirdest/grossest/most disturbing thing seen by emergency room staff? Do you ever find it difficult not to faint?

One of the grossest (and also one of the saddest) things I have seen is a fungating breast. The woman had not wanted to seek any help for her cancer and by the time she got to us her breast was non existent and what was left was an oozing green and black hole in her chest that she had been dressing herself for years. She had never noticed the smell (you get used to smells pretty quickly, thank heavens) and obviously her friends had never wanted to mention it (she had never told anyone about her breast cancer). She was literally rotting away. The smell was one of the worst things any of us had ever smelt ever (and there are many many years of experience in any ED).
Another was a blood clot, (singular) coughed up from a gastro bleed, that filled a whole sick bowl. Everyone was pretty amazed (and we never found out where the bleed was coming from).
