How it Works
Once you qualify and join our Realtor Folder Program, we begin working with you on your folder design. Corporate Communications’ professional design team supervises everything from artwork and layout to printing, production and delivery, all at no cost to the realtor.
Our graphic design team develops a custom design incorporating your brokerage logo, colors, branding and even staff photos. You get final reviews of the cover designs with our artwork review process.
We print your folders with high-quality inks and cardstock so that you can use them at your meetings and presentations with confidence. Every real estate client office receives a two-year folder supply for participating, as well as an opportunity to renew when supplies run out.
How Do You Supply Folders For Free? Is there a Catch?
Our folder program is absolutely free to realtors, and we will never send you an invoice.
The folders are funded through a community advertising program that is wholly managed by us, and our realtor clients are not involved in the ad sales process.
