U.S. Politics in 2015: What do people think about Giuliani's comment that, "Obama doesn't love America"?

I feel these comments were purely mean-spirited and nonfactual.  Giuliani used his bully pulpit to make personal comments when he could have discussed policy.  That says a lot more about him than about Obama, and suggests he didn't have anything intelligent to share.
