Chatbots offer assistance in online customer support and ultimately help organizations convert shoppers into customers.
This infographic from Market Inspector shares how chatbots can assist in generating high-quality leads, increasing conversions and driving business results. It describes problems consumers face when searching websites and ways chatbots can help.
They include:
- 34 percent of users struggle to navigate an organization’s website. (Chatbots can send welcome message to engage users and direct them to relevant pages.)
- 57 percent of users abandon their carts because they don’t feel ready to buy. (Chatbots can offer product suggestions and promote products or give discount codes.)
