Trulia has released a new ad campaign…The House is Only Half Of It.
I’ve long wondered why Zillow Group continues to throw marketing dollars at commercials for Trulia, given Zillow is clearly the stronger consumer brand. This ad campaign seems to validate my theory that Trulia is more focused on the research about areas (neighborhoods, cities) while Zillow remains a brand built around homes and the financial data associated with the moving process (Zestimates, ZHVI, etc).
