Exceptional perks and company culture are key components of this week’s featured position.

Fortune recently announced its 100 Best Companies to Work For 2017. For the sixth straight year—and eighth time in 11 years—Google reigns supreme in terms of employee culture.

The review describes how it has cultivated a culture that promotes equality in the workplace. Its Employee Resource Groups held conferences in support of the LGBTQ community and featured a town hall hosted by the Black Googlers Network. Members of the Women@Google group have worked with over 7,500 girls worldwide.

You can be part of the Google’s company culture and bask in the employee benefits offered by the tech giant with this week’s featured job listing: Google is looking for a product marketing lead at its headquarters in Mountain View, California.
