How can I minimize the time it takes to get my bachelor's degree?

The only point I would add to the excellent answer by Tanner Downy is that if you still have a year or two left in high school, you could take some AP classes or courses at a local community college or online college classes. These could give you some college credits to transfer to the university you will attend for your bachelor's degree and/or provide you a stronger background for your eventual university courses to help you stay on track.
