My grandma… Oh my.. she’s the best!!!
There was a time where I wanted to buy a shirt… The shirt wasn’t expensive, it was about 5 dollars… I didn’t have money right then and there, told the guy at the shop to wait and that I’ll be back soon, since I forgot my wallet…
I went to my grandmother, across the street, asked her to come with me and that I wanted to buy a beautiful shirt… She agreed! YAY!
Went to the shop again, gave the guy the 5 dollars and waited from him to pack my shirt
*long pause*
Me: what’s wrong?
Him: you still have to give me more
Me: but you said it was only 5… it was like less than 10 minutes ago!
Him: yeah.. but the dollar prices went up
Me: what does THAT have anything to do with the shirt! The shirt’s been here way before the dollar increased the price.
Him: either give me the money or LEAVE!
Me: *sobbing* wait… I’ll be back…
I saw his evil grin on his face, and told my grandma what happened…
She came with me… Took the shirt, yelled at him saying: how could you laugh at a little girl like that! Didn’t your parents know how to raise you… You’re a shame to your family…
We went out… I had the shirt… Pain only 5 dollars instead of 16 that he asked for the second time :D
Yay grandma!!
