The only method allowable, as others have noted, is a new Amendment that repeals the previous amendment.
It has only been done once in U.S. history, in 1933, when the 21st Amendment was ratified, repealing the 18th Amendment which had been added to the Constitution in 1919 and imposed a prohibition on alcohol.
