Is it bad to be fifth author on a paper?

It is not bad and it will help you in your graduate school applications. Frankly, it would be unusual for an undergraduate to be first author on their very first paper.

Go ahead and be proud of what you've accomplished by being invited to be an author at all. It means you managed to make a significant contribution even at a late stage in the work.
