What are some math questions that a 10th grader could ask to startle his/her math teacher?

Here's a good one to stump a 10th grade math teacher.  The math teacher may not be able to explain it away.

Why doesn't this work?  How is pi not 4?

The most dissatisfying thing a teacher could say would be "oh, but the squares can't become the circle even after infinite times!"
