I don't know how you'll ever summon the discipline to execute on your intentions to the degree which you desire if they are not aligned with your interests.
I would suggest thinking deeply about your interests and see if there is any opportunity to provide the type of impact you are looking to have on the world. If you come up with something no one else has thought of, who knows, maybe you will have a chance at making that impact. If not, keep looking. Your initial attempts are likely to be shit but keep at it, ask for feedback.
Based on the nature of this question, however, you may be likely to fall into pseudo philosophical pits and spend the vast majority of your time stewing about how nothing is truly huge enough to satisfy your ever changing definition of "huge", "positive", and "impact" instead of making actual forward progress. So, I would also suggest thinking more concretely about how exactly you want to define "huge positive impact on the world".
