I’m not sure they’ll get that far south this time, but in theory, yes.
House Dayne is something like 10,000 years old. One of the oldest houses in Westeros. There are decently argued theories that Dawn, their ancestral sword, is the original Lightbringer, that Dawn is actually an Other’s weapon or that the Sword of the Morning office is somehow tied into the original Battle for the Dawn.
The Daynes are a Dornish house. So if they were involved in the first Long Night, it stands to reason that the Long Night (and thus the Others) also affected Dorne.
