If the President of the United States of America drove into Area 51 and refused to stop, would lethal force be used to stop him?

The phrasing of your question seems to imply a very American way of dealing with problems.

Did you know, it is possible to stop a person and a vehicle with less than lethal force? They could just refuse to open the gate. They could deploy stingers. They could just knock him out with insults about his ridiculous appearance. They could lead him back outside with offers of a KFC.

Shooting a tresspaser in the face is not the only way of stopping him.
