Yes.
She's spent years demonstrating her ability to travel, campaign, make life-and-death decisions, and work with citizens, foreign governments and American lawmakers, many of which are quite actively hostile, in marathon sessions without losing her cool. She was recently questioned by a Congressional committee for ELEVEN HOURS and handled it masterfully.
Her opponent can't handle a 90 minute debate without totally losing his ability to express coherent thoughts. Also, he's both older and far fatter than she is. I ordinarily wouldn't bring up his corpulence, but he's made it clear that gaining weight is "a real problem", so I guess he finds it relevant.
By any objective standard, her ability to function in a public, high-stress, cognitively-demanding role is well established.
