Is it true that Hillary Clinton was fired as a lawyer when she was 27 for being "an unethical, dishonest lawyer" who "conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality"?

No she was not fired and the man now listed as a source previously made statements confirming he did not have the power to fire her.

Zeifman was quoted in a November 4, 1998, Scripps Howard News Service article, published in The Sacramento Bee, as saying, "If I had the power to fire her, I would have fired her."

Clearly he wanted to fire her but she was not fired because he did not have that authority and those that did have the power to did not see fit to fire her.

It is interesting that this guy only surfaces when it is politically affable to malalign the Clintons. He did such during the Monica Lewinsky issue and during Hillarys previous election campaigns for office. Each time it seems the story gets bigger and more exaggerated.
