I suck at programming, but I love it. What should I do?

Just keep loving programming. Eventually you'll stop sucking at it.

• learning more about programming by reading books and taking free online courses
• building a circle of friends who program by participating in local coding events
• writing code every day

Loving programming is half the battle. Just keep loving it and you'll improve steadily.
