I’ve frequently wondered why people give a shit about this.
Let’s assume he was born in Kenya. No one doubts his mother is a US citizen. When Ted Cruz ran for president - born in Canada to a US parent and a Canadian parent, no one questioned his constitutionality.
To be clear, he was VERY VERY VERY obviously born in Hawaii. The evidence is ridiculously overwhelming. I could not prove where I was born as well as Obama can. But even if he were not… why does it matter?
EDIT: The most obvious answer to my last question is: The people who persist in asking after all this time and evidence are racist. They simply refuse to believe a black man can be president.
I'm certain some are, but I do not know the OP, so I decided to leave that inflammatory idea out of my thinking and answer the question assuming non-racist intent.
