In UK you'd be a bit of a joke.
For starters, Lord Advocate guidelines for speeding tend to allow a percentage above the speed limit before tickets will be prosecuted - which severely limits your rather overzealous +1 mph over policy, further, the prosecuting bodies concerned like the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in England or Procurator Fiscal (PF) in Scotland would likely not proceed with many of your other tickets, especially where there was limited chance of prosecution - you'd have made a reputation for yourself by then.
Essentially, you get a poor name for causing bad feeling amongst the public and fellow officers - you're basically wasting lots of people's time and that would probably get you a good talking to but eventually if you didn't learn you'd be required to resign (or be sacked if you refused).
