Goodness gracious no! If I don't want a case, I simply turn down the case. But once I take a case I want to win it by getting the best result for my client that I can. I hate losing. I don't know any attorneys who like losing. Losing for a lawyer sucks the big one.
The very idea of wishing such a thing!
