How is the way humans grow and lose 'baby' teeth before making way for brand new 'adult' teeth not considered intelligent design?

Because, had a deity of infinite intelligence and infinite power come up with our design, they wouldn't need replacing.  Nor would they need dentistry (especially the presence of "Wisdom Teeth" that need surgical removal†).  Nor would they need cleaning. Or bleaching.  And they wouldn't hurt so much on my penis when I'm getting a beej.
