Bruce: "Are we going to make a momentous decision?"

Bruce: "Elrond. The Council of Elrond. From Lord of the Rings. It's the meeting where they decide to destroy the One Ring."
The best part is that actor Sean Bean is sitting in on the scene as Mitch. Why does that matter? You may have seen a variant of this on your walk through the Internets...

Ridley was actually like, ‘Well, this is stupid. Get rid of that. Call it something else. Pick some other sci-fi or fantasy reference.’ And one of the Fox execs was like, ‘No. That is funny. You keep that in.
