It's all about money.
The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos, the founder, CEO and chairman of Amazon.
Amazon is a company that pays far less than its share of taxes and the company has a lot to lose if Bernie Sanders becomes president and implements a fair taxation program.
Also, the employees of the Washington Post are working for an industry (print, not journalism) that is in decline. They want to hold on to their jobs and obviously many are not willing to sacrifice those jobs to maintain their journalistic integrity. I understand the need to put food on the table and keep a roof over your head, but the WaPo has sold out. The paper that broke the Watergate scandal, and has been a paragon of journalistic virtue for years, is now shilling for Hillary Clinton, The Man, and the status quo. What a shame.
