Sin is an immoral, barbaric concept. It has no place in civilized discourse.
Thinking food can be sinful is, as Dave Hodgkinson's answer points out, an unhealthy relationship to food.
Any food can be part of a healthy diet. Perhaps you meant foods that should be enjoyed on average no more than once every week or two.
One of my favorites is the apple fritter from Johnny Donut in San Rafael, CA. I get it from their food truck at Off The Grid in San Francisco. But it's not a ration. It's a treat.
