Are realtime help desk systems a good business opportunity?

I agree with you guys. I am also using helpdesk for my online stores. After I added LiveAgent Helpdesk  and chat button to my stores, I see increase of my sales and less phone calls. My customers are happier, because they do not have to call me(often they don´t want), if they have a problem or need to find out sth. It´s multichannel helpdesk so every email, message, call and even Facebook posts I see organized in one software. It saves my time, energy and I´m more productive now. I recommend helpdesks to everyone.
