Tony’s team holds no ill will towards Steve’s team. Their primary goal is to try to prevent Steve from doing something he can’t walk back from. The Accords are in place and Tony’s team sees Steve’s team as about to hang themselves.
These are very physical people. They handle things in physical ways. The fight shows that they have no desire to hurt each other. They pull their punches, it’s just that for people of their level, pulling your punch means just dropping one airplane fuel truck on your sparring partner.
