I am going to start dieting soon. Every Saturday and Sunday my dad cooks a big unhealthy breakfast for the family. How do I get over these breakfasts and start eating a separate healthy breakfast?

Not a single food you have listed above is a bad food-  there's nothing wrong with any of them.  The only thing I can see wrong with the list is it has enough calories- in normal portions of each of those foods- to last you all day long.

So what you have to do is take no more than half portions of any of those items you wish.   Less than  a half portion would be even better.
