If she is indicted, which seems less likely now that we know Secretary Colin Powell did the same thing during the Bush administration, she will assemble the most fearsome defense team of all time and keep the prosecution tied up for years. I think the worst case is that she pleads no contest to a misdemeanor and pays a fine about two years down the line. I don't honestly think the indictment will stop her.
