What can the Iron Bank of Braavos do if the Iron Throne refused to repay the debt?

They can send the Faceless Men to straight up murder the king and turn around and use their money to prop up a replacement. It's implied in the books that the Iron Bank and the Faceless Men are linked, that the Faceless Men are why no one in their right mind tries to screw over the bank, and that the Faceless Men's income from their hits is part of why the bank is so flush.
