Are British people upset at Americans for asking them how they can live in the UK without a 2nd amendment to bear arms? Are they tired of this?

This only comes up in Internet forums. Most British people are not exposed to these kinds of questions, and most Americans visiting the UK do not bring it up. As a tourist, you don’t go into a pub and ask, “Since you can’t have any guns, aren’t you afraid all the time?”

British people visiting certain parts of the USA may hear about it, but only a limited number of British people come to the USA, and they tend mostly to go to Orlando for Disney World and to Las Vegas. These aren’t places where someone is likely to harass them for not being afraid.
