I would, of course, then prepare a final cup of soul-enriching rose-hip tea, subtly elevated with a dollop of raw honey. Sure as hell don’t need the caffeine from ground Arabica beans at a stressful time like thi—actually, no, it wouldn’t kick in until long after I was gone. Fuck it. 19 seconds.
I would then hug everyone I’ve ever loved. That ‘warm’ sort of hug—the one after which both parties feel existentially refreshed by the rush of oxytocin. One after the other. All of them. 10 seconds.
With mere moments left, I would then masturbate. Alone. One last time. 5 seconds.
What a masterfully planned minute.
