Smile, laugh at Trump, maybe chide him a little if he gets nasty… “Now Donald, that’s not how adults do things now…”, and stick to facts. Don’t get sucked into pissing contests and don’t respond to his vicious attacks. Let him hang himself on and with his own words, but do not come out swinging; he will just step back and play the poor, picked on, attacked nice guy.
