Yes, it happened when I was at school and decided to go to the bathroom. I was about 9 years old at the time. On my way there I saw my sister who was 4 years old approaching and she told me she was going to the bathroom too. There was a giant mirror that covered the walls.
After using the toilet I was about to wash my hands when I heard my sister saying "the mirror is falling!" I just remembered watching in slow motion how the mirror was coming down towards us about to crush us. I quickly took my sister's arm and pulled her inside one of the toilet compartments, then I got inside, my sister closed the door and I just covered her ears with my hands. The sound was incredibly loud. I remember that when the sound stopped, we both got out and saw the entire floor covered in broken glass. We got out of there shaking.
The unexplainable thing about this is that neither of us would have survived if we hadn't entered the bathroom at the same time!
