I don’t know where you are getting your information, specifically “intentionally compromised the security of over 20 emails of the highest classification and over 50 of the second highest,” but literally none of that is factually accurate.
First of all, and the FBI Director (a Republican) publicly stated this repeatedly, the FBI did not find any evidence of intentional wrongdoing on Secretary Clinton’s part. None. That was one of the principal reasons she was not prosecuted: there was no evidence of intentional wrongdoing. The Director stated this publicly and then repeated it in a memo to FBI staff.
Second, there were THREE emails (not 20, not 50, not 70) that she touched that did not carry any kind of CLASSIFIED header but contained the (C) marking at the time she touched them, in the body of the email. (C) is the lowest level of classification, “Confidential,” and the emails were “call sheet” memos. Call sheet memos are developed for the use of the Secretary in advance of a potential call to a foreign leader, and are then declassified completely after the call occurs. Of those, according to the State Department, TWO were improperly marked and should not have been considered classified at all. No one is sure about the third one.
