What is the best code troll you've ever seen?

For April Fool's day one year, I replaced all the graphics on a non-prod web site with the red "x" graphic that appears when an image can't be found. The actual IMAGE was the red "x". People were pulling out their hair trying to figure out "why the server suddenly isn't showing images" because the URL's were correct.  No one thought to open one of the actual images to see that there was NOTHING at all wrong with the code--I hadn't changed anything--just replaced the graphics.

Another good April Fool's joke is to take a screenshot of someone's desktop and then set that as the desktop background, while moving all of their normal icons someplace else temporarily. Even the smartest programmer will think their computer has frozen and reboot, which, of course, doesn't change anything.
