Sweden is pretty monocultural, and I like it a lot. It's very white and very Nordic. But it also hasn't had a war for 200 years, and it's very welcoming to refugees. When Obama was announcing that the USA would take 10,000, Sweden was taking 10,000 a week. It also saved almost all the Danish Jews during WWII. As a neutral nation with no bones to pick with anyone, it plays a big role in peacekeeping and conflict resolution around the world. As a liberal, I'm impressed with that.
