Keep Calm in adverse situations
My mother is a lioness. She is never afraid of anything and anyone.
The most amazing quality she has is to keep calm and to keep a straight face at difficult situations.
If somebody is shouting at her or arguing with her, she doesn't react in the same way, rather she smiles and comes up with such a brilliant answer that everyone is left amazed and spellbound.
She knows when to lower her voice and still be heard.
She taught me a great lesson "Pehle kisi ko chhedo nahi, aur koi tumhe chhede toh usey chhodo nahi"
(Never initiate a fight (or insult anyone), but if someone does the same to you, make sure he pays for it (never dares to do that again)).
I try to follow her always.
