In the fantasy world of the rightwing blogosphere, somehow this has been translated into "Sanders will raise taxes to 90%." Of course, as the above quote shows, that's exactly what he didn't say.
Moreover: can we please remember that any tax plan must be enacted by Congress? Sanders, or Clinton, or Bush, or Rubio, or even the Donald himself, cannot impose taxes. At most, the President can propose a tax plan for Congress to consider.
One can look at recent history and draw one's own conclusions of the likelihood of Congress' acceptance of an "increased taxes on the wealthy" plan.
