They would do absolutely nothing.
When gun control advocates speak, you’ll often hear them say something to the effect of “…they should take all the guns”.
Who is they?
Do you know why we still have firearms in the US?
It is because gun control advocates believe in hiding behind others.
You will never see them volunteer to be the ones to go and confiscate the weapons of those who do not wish to surrender them.
They’ll vote to send someone else’s husband to get shot, the son of another mother, the father of another boy, the brother of another man. They’ll happily send someone else wife, daughter, mother, sister, to fight that battle.
But they never volunteer to do it themselves.
So in this hypothetical, they would do absolutely nothing.
