But it would be better if you followed everyone else's advice than mine. My father-in-law was teased mercilessly by his sisters: "We know something you don't know," and finally learned about his adoption when he was in his teens. Keeping the secret just messed a lot with the family dynamics--I'm surprised that someone hasn't hinted or told him already.
