Routine is important in my life.
I get up at the same time, I read the news on my computer and I look at Quora.
My cat demands breakfast at 7:00 AM sharp. He only eats food if it’s in the middle of the bowl. Food on the side of the bowl doesn’t exist. I stir his food at least twice during every meal.
Exercise is next. I work out in any weather except snow /ice. I fall enough without snow. Every person who runs /walks needs to stretch. How many know HOW to stretch?
Solitude is glorious. I sit and stare at beauty outside my window. I watch a funny squirrel. I’ve seen deer, and a bear. I love saying hi to husband and wife ducks swimming on the pond near me.
Volunteering is vital. I get far more from people in need than they get from me.
My last chapter of life is ending. I enjoy every moment. Every sunrise, sunset, rain is beautiful.
I smile and laugh with people in stores. I see friends.
I live alone but I’m never by myself. Memories and my cat live with me.
I hope for one more day of life.
“A lonely day is God's way of saying that he wants to spend some quality time with you.”
