What do mathematicians think of John Nash?

John Nash was a corecipient of the 2015 Abel Prize, which is much more like the Nobel than the more famous Fields Medal is.  It's essentially a lifetime achievement award that's only given to the most prominent mathematicians.  That's a pretty good indicator of his standing in the community.
