What is the most embarrassing moment that ever happened to you?

One morning, I went to the ophthalmologist's office to get my regular refraction test done. He was by far one of the most handsome men I'd ever laid my eyes on!  He looked like Prince Charming with his gorgeous hair. He kept asking questions regarding my eye health while I sat there so mesmerised by his charm, answering god-knows-what!  looking like this :

When he was done with his questions, he reached out to pick up a torch to look into my eye. And I, without a second thought, assuming that all doctors check your tongue to see if you have a fever (I had gone for an eye examination!),  stuck my tongue out.

The doctor suppressing his urge to laugh at my face, said, " can you please remove your glasses, it's your eyes I want to examine ". 
I froze in embarrassment.

Later in the afternoon, after all the other tests were done, I went to the canteen and ordered for a light tiffin. I paid and was waiting in line to get my order supplied, and my eyes met this doctor's across the canteen, waiting to give his order. He smiled but I was too much in shock that I just started leaving without getting my food . But it was ready by that time and the server guy started calling out to me at the top of his voice and the entire canteen looked at me like I stole a muffin! 
It was a fairly nice day!
