First, kudos for your civic mindedness. If more 15-year-olds were politically conscious, the United States would be a better place.
You can work at a phone bank, calling people and reminding them to vote. You can pass out bumper stickers. If Bernie has any pamphlets outlining his positions, you can pass them out also.
If there's a rally in support of Bernie in your area, you can attend and wave a sign. The Constitution won't allow you to vote until you're eighteen, but there's nothing in our founding document about a minimum age to hold a sign.
