If you notice you are being followed, call the police and drive to the nearest police station. As you are driving there, stay on the phone with the police and provide the best description you can of the pursuing vehicle/occupants, and keep them appraised of your location and direction of travel.
I do not suggest you try to confront the people who are following you.
