Is all evolution based on eugenics?

Just to add to User answer, eugenics is a notion based on genetic purity, which is something that evolution completely opposes - it's why sex is such a widespread mechanism (it maintains genetic diversity), why inbreeding rarely occurs in nature, and why monocultures are frowned upon by farmers. Genetic diversity is absolutely necessary for evolution, and eugenics is a proposal to cull genetic diversity, making evolution incompatible with eugenics.
