Ben Carson and Mike Huckabee are already running and are certainly extreme social conservatives. Ted Cruz is just barely less extreme.
Rick Santorum has an "announcement pending" on May 27. Usually when you make an announcement that you are going to make an announcement, you are going to announce that you are running.
And there are already some with more moderate social stances running.
